For Publishers

How do I browse vendors?

Visit the Directory page to search, filter, and compare vendors. All browsing is anonymous — vendors cannot see who views their profile.

How do I contact a vendor?

Click "Express Interest" on any vendor profile. Fill in your details and what you're looking for. The vendor will receive your enquiry.

Is it really free?

Yes. Publisher accounts are free forever. No credit card required, no hidden costs.

For Vendors

How do I list my company?

Click "List Your Company" and follow the onboarding steps. Our AI will pre-fill your profile from your website. Review and submit for approval.

How long does approval take?

Most profiles are reviewed within 48 hours. You'll receive an email when your listing goes live.

How do I edit my profile?

Log in and go to Dashboard → Edit Profile. Changes to paid profiles are reviewed before publishing.

Billing & Subscriptions

How do I upgrade my tier?

Visit the Pricing page and select your preferred tier. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from Dashboard → Billing. Access continues until the end of your billing period.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us and we'll work something out.

Privacy & Security

Is my browsing anonymous?

Yes. Vendors cannot see who views their profile. Your identity is only shared when you submit an expression of interest.

How is my data protected?

We use Firebase Authentication and Stripe for secure data handling. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. Contact us at hello@ingedelo.com and we'll delete your account and associated data.
