Their Story
What MonetizationOS Does
The internet's audience has changed on two fronts. Non-human traffic now makes up the majority of traffic reaching most digital businesses. At the same time, the human audience has fragmented: subscribers, B2B account holders, one-time researchers, brand-loyal readers, and casual browsers each carry different value and different willingness to pay. Most existing infrastructure can only make a binary decision: subscribe or don't, block or allow. Every user who doesn't fit the expected model either passes through unpriced or gets turned away. MonetizationOS is access and monetization infrastructure for the full audience: human and machine. It deploys within existing CDN infrastructure, making a real-time decision on every request, at low latency at scale: who is this, what are they entitled to, on what terms, at what price. Governing human and machine users through the same infrastructure generates something separate systems cannot: each type of user makes the decisioning smarter for every other type. Signals from machine traffic inform how human audiences are valued. Human audience data shapes how machine access is priced. The more the platform sees, the better each individual decision becomes. In practice, that means revenue from the full audience. Subscriptions, pay-per-access, usage-based licensing, B2B access tiers, agent-to-agent payments: every monetization model, governed through one layer.

Products and services available to publishers
Experiences
An AI-driven chat assistant inside the MOS console. Commercial teams use it to build and deploy customer-facing UI across the full monetization journey: headers, footers, modals, selection pages, paywalls, gifting, loyalty, and engagement components. No engineering required. Teams get faster time to market and the ability to test and iterate without a development cycle.
Entitlement Management
The access and entitlement layer governing who gets access to what, on what terms, across every type of user. Human subscribers, B2B accounts, machine users, and agents all run through the same configuration layer, with no separate rules engine for each user type. Plans can be configured to bundle or unbundle any combination of features and products, so access packaging evolves without architectural changes.
Observability
Every access decision and monetization outcome across the platform is logged, visible, and queryable. Teams can monitor how their audience is being governed in real time and pipe event data to the analytics tools they already use. With all traffic types running through the same infrastructure, the view is complete: every decision and every outcome in one place.
Orchestration
Programmable TypeScript workflows that execute at key decision points, deployed within the Edge Worker. Teams can write custom business logic for access decisions, user provisioning, and async events. External systems connect in both directions: push data out to downstream tools or pull data in from third-party sources, without building or maintaining separate middleware. That makes the platform composable with whatever infrastructure the business already runs.
Offers
How commercial teams present and sell access to users. Each Offer brings together pricing, messaging, targeting rules, and redemption flows, configurable and deployable without engineering involvement. Because Offers connect directly to the entitlement layer, what a user is presented with and what they are then entitled to are defined in the same system. Teams can test pricing, swap messaging, and adjust targeting independently, at the speed of a campaign rather than a development cycle. This can be conducted for both humans, using standard payment methods, and machines using formats like x402 and MPP.dev.
