Your Ingedelo profile, in seven steps

Everything you need to set up, manage and get value from your listing — whether you are on Entry, Plus or Pro.

1. Sign in for the first time

Go to ingedelo.com/login and sign in with the email address registered on your HubSpot record. You can use Google sign-in or set a password.

If your company is in the directory but you have not signed in before, contact us at hello@ingedelo.com and we will link your account to your listing.

Once signed in you will land on your Dashboard. From there, every part of your profile is editable.

2. Edit your company profile

Open Dashboard → Profile. You will see every field that appears on your public listing: company description, founded year, headquarters, team size, website, categories, differentiator and best-fit customer.

Make your edits inline and click Save. Changes on Plus and Pro profiles go through a quick review before they go live — usually within 24 hours.

Tip: a strong description leads with the problem you solve, then names the type of publisher you serve best. Avoid feature lists. Buyers are looking for clarity, not marketing copy.

3. Upload your logo and media

Open Dashboard → Media. You can upload your company logo (SVG or PNG, transparent background recommended) plus product screenshots, demo videos and case studies.

Pro tier supports unlimited products, embedded video walkthroughs, and downloadable whitepapers. Plus tier supports up to three of each. Entry tier shows the basic profile only.

Files should be under 10 MB each. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, SVG, MP4, PDF.

4. Manage incoming enquiries

When a publisher clicks Express Interest on your profile, you receive an email and the enquiry appears in Dashboard → Enquiries.

Each enquiry shows the publisher’s name, company, role, what they are looking for, and their timeline (just exploring, next 3 months, next 6 months, or urgent).

Reply directly from the enquiry — your response is sent to the publisher’s email. You can also mark enquiries as in progress, won or closed to keep your pipeline tidy.

Plus and Pro vendors see full enquiry detail including contact information. Entry vendors see only that an enquiry was made and are prompted to upgrade to view it.

5. Track your performance (Plus and Pro)

Open Dashboard → Analytics to see how your profile is performing: profile views, search appearances, click-throughs to your website, enquiry conversion rate, and what publishers are searching when they find you.

Pro vendors also get the search terms publishers used in the 30 days before viewing your profile, plus a list of the categories where you appear most often.

Use the data to refine your description and category placement — more relevance means more qualified enquiries.

6. Upgrade, change or cancel your tier

Open Dashboard → Billing. You can move from Entry to Plus or Pro at any time — the new tier activates immediately and you are charged a pro-rata amount.

Plus is £185 per month or 19% off when paid annually. Pro is £280 per month or 20% off annually. All payments are processed by Stripe.

To downgrade or cancel, click Change plan and follow the prompts. Cancellation is effective at the end of your current billing period — no early termination fee.

Plus listings have a 12-month minimum term. Pro listings can be cancelled monthly.

7. Add team members

Open Dashboard → Settings → Team. Invite colleagues by email and assign them the role of Editor (can edit profile and respond to enquiries) or Viewer (read-only).

Each team member signs in with their own email — there are no shared passwords.

The original account holder remains the billing contact unless transferred from Settings → Billing.
